Hi, I'm Natasha!

I'm a mother of 2 daughters and a certified birth doula serving the Greater St. Louis and the Metro East area since 2021. I am a holistic-minded doula who likes to focus on nutrition and exercise during pregnancy to help minimize end-of-pregnancy discomforts, concerns, and labor challenges.

I started my doula journey shortly after my firstborn because I wanted to help other families know that they do have a voice that matters. Having a cesarean myself, then a HBAC (home birth after cesarean), I have a unique perspective on the difference between each of those experiences.

I learned the importance of having the proper support, the right to informed choice, and the resources to have a positive pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. That is what I hope I can provide to my community.

I do not ever want parents to feel overwhelmed and hopeless. I want them to know that they do have options and that they don't have to be alone when making a choice.

My Services

My Service Includes:

• Unlimited phone and email support

• On call 24\7 from 37 weeks to birth

• Two in-home prenatal visits

• Continuous support through active labor to birth and immediate postpartum ( up to 2 hours after the birth)

• Back-up doula

• One in-home postpartum visit

• Gifts for you: laminated birth affirmation cards and a sample bag of labor snacks
